Since 2016, I have worked as an independent HR consultant supporting and advising owner/managers in the SME Sector.  For many small to medium companies that are focused on running their business, I can provide day to day and strategic HR advice that empowers business owners to make efficient and reliable HR decisions.

I like to collaborate and work in partnership alongside my clients and with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Employee/Industrial Relations, Employment Law and Safety, Health & Environment Compliance, I have the experience and capacity to support my clients in dealing with complex HR issues.

I also provide employment contracts, HR policies, procedures & company handbooks which ensure the necessary framework is in place to meet employment legislation obligations and guide employee relations issues and grievances that may arise.
